I emailed back when we would be in to do a test drive and they had the car pulled up front and warmed up. Nice...Stephen was our sales associate and was familiar with the Murano and was able to show us all of the new technology that comes with it. He was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Luther also gave us a great deal on a trade in. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. More

Mislead by Nissan email I had received an email forward from my wife that was from Nissan stating that we could stop in at our dealership without an appointment to receive a I had received an email forward from my wife that was from Nissan stating that we could stop in at our dealership without an appointment to receive a 30 minute oil change. When I pulled in to the service area of Luther Nissan Kia of Inver Grove, they told me that promotion dos not apply to their service shop as they do not have an express lube setup. They did however say they would take me in, and that an oil change and tire rotation would actually take an hour and a half without an appointment. They ended up getting the work done in 45 minutes - and I really appreciated the accommodation even though that location didn't truly support the promotion I received via email. More

Think twice before Luther Purchased (cash) a new minivan for my Dad who is in another state for the winter. At first I thought it would go really quick and easy but no, they overnighted the paperwork and he sent it back and on the day before pick up, it became a big deal that they (finance) needed something in writing from him so that I could pick it up. Why was this not in the paperwork that they sent him? I get the fact that they wanted something but not on the day that I was arriving with the trade vehicle. I also had a cashier check that they wanted before pick up as well. That did not happen. When all done, I pick up the van and it has a scratch in it, why was this not spotted when they went over it before pick up? Also, the car started did not also work. So... back to the dealership AGAIN and 2 days later it is fixed. I feel that the dealership should have did more than they did besides, I'm sorry.. I'm sorry. More
