Great customer experience and super easy to work with I was in search of a new or gently used vehicle. I had a 8 year old PT cruiser with low miles on it. I was set on a GMC or Chevrolet to be quit honest, but after I drove the Sorento I fell in love and great price point. I also have terrible credit, I filed for a thirteen 5 years ago and there are very few dealerships out there that work with lenders who will give you a loan while still in a thirteen. So with that being said I am super happy and the team that I worked with I wouldn't trade for the world. More

I chosse Luther Nissan basically because they gave me the lowest price and had the specific car I wanted in stock. I worked via email with Luke Horn and I felt Luke did a great job making sure I had what I needed to make my decision and then following up to insure the buying experieince went well when he couldn't be there the day I came in to purchase the vehicle. I entered the dealership and was immedialtey greeted and asked if I want wanted water or coffee. The person Luke suggested I work with was busy, so I was set up with Jim Remer. Jim was friendly and explained everything well and kept us in the loop throughout the process. Ryan in Finance was very efficient and didn't try to hard sell me on extra rust proofing and other services. That was much appreciated. I gace quality of work a 4 because there was a surface blemish on by the gas cap that was not fixed when the car was prepped. There was also a small dent in the driver door trim that I will need to bring the car back in to have repair when the part comes in. Also, I only got one key. I overheard another customer with the same issue, so this is something I think the dealership could improve on. Overall this was a hassle free experience. when I am in the market for another Nissa or a Kia, I would dgo to Luther Nissan Kia first. More

Simple, Easy, Hassle-Free I came in on 6/24, inquiring about my options for trading a car in that I had only owned for only a little time but had an addition to the family and I came in on 6/24, inquiring about my options for trading a car in that I had only owned for only a little time but had an addition to the family and space was now a huge issue. I had gone to a few other dealers who scared me away with all the "things that could happen" and how "hard" it would be. A friend referred me here and assured they would take care of me. They did just that! I was asked what I was looking for, down to the color I would want. They pulled a Kia Sorento to front, I test drove it, checked out the inside and it was everything I was looking for. I went home and got a few second opinions and everyone I asked agreed I was getting the best deal. The next day I made my decision and drove away in my new car! I never once felt like there could be an issue, everyone I worked with had a "we've got you" attitude. By far my best car buying experience! So stress-free! So easy! You guys were perfect!
