I happened to go on a Saturday, which was incredibly busy and ended up postponing my final buy to Monday. Unfortunately, miscommunication amongst the dealership resulted in two additional hours of wait, one hour completely unnecessary as my car was ready to go without them informing me. In addition, I thought the detailing and the cleaning of the car was poorly done, especially finding the previous owner's belongings. Sam Sittlow was wonderful to work with in the finance office and made the process very easy. Overall, my experience was good. Frustrations with communication and waiting unnecessary hours dampened the spirit of my experience, resulting in a lower rating. More
