I VISITED BECAUSE OF A RECALL INVOLVING THE KEY FOBS AND TO HAVE MY BACKUP CAMERA CHECKED. I WAS GREETED PROMPTLY AT MY APPOINTED TIME AND WAS GIVEN AN ESTIMATED FINISH TIME. SCOTT WAS ACCURATE ALMOST TO TO HAVE MY BACKUP CAMERA CHECKED. I WAS GREETED PROMPTLY AT MY APPOINTED TIME AND WAS GIVEN AN ESTIMATED FINISH TIME. SCOTT WAS ACCURATE ALMOST TO THE MINUTE. THE RECALL WAS REPAIRED, AND THE NECESSARY PART FOR THE CAMERA WAS ORDERED. SCOTT ADVISED ME THAT I WOULD BE CALLED WHEN THE PART CAME IN, THAT IT WAS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY, AND THE CAR WOULD BE READY AS SOON AS THEY FINISHED WASHING IT. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE PROMPTNESS AND ACCURACY. I FELT THEY HAD MY TIME VALUED AS WELL AS THEIRS. More

Since it was our first experience at leasing, we were a bit apprehensive. The information provided by both salesmen was comprehensive but not even the business manager failed to inform us that there would be a $400 disposition fee at the end of lease. Because they always used this dealership for everything, I decided to give Luther a try for myself. Wow! I was pleasantly surprised! Adam took care of me. He was very professional and extremely personable! As Adam was walking me over to my car at the end of my appointment, I mentioned that I forgot to have something looked at. Adam actually got down on the ground, crawling halfway under the dash and took care of the issue. Now THAT'S service! Thanks Adam!! More

The reason I bought the car was because Mike Arnold was very informative and honest about my choices. We were treated very well by every person we met. The only unfortunate part of this experience had to do with the time it took to buy the car. This dealership is very understaffed, it took us twenty minutes to decide to purchase this vehicle, but getting through the financing part of the process took THREE HOURS. I understand they are building a new dealship, I hope the new one will accomodate a larger staff. More
