My Kia Rondo was stolen, then recovered a few days later. It soon thereafter developed a front-end rattle, which Luther Nissan Kia's mechanic diagnosed (properly) as worn out sway bar links. (As in, showing excessive wear from use, not just broken.) This is a known issue, and is coverable by the warranty. The service manager at this dealership, however, decided to claim it as damage caused by the car thief driving too hard, and somehow breaking the suspension. I asked the dealership to NOT do the work until I could get straight answers. I was told by my insurance adjuster of a state law that I can keep the parts from any repair (to inspect and verify their analysis). When I called the dealership back I was told, "Sorry, we made the repairs already and threw away the parts." They charged me for the repairs; despite arguing with both service managers, I had to make an insurance claim and pay the deductible myself. What a ripoff! The service department at this dealership is obviously dishonest - according to my adjuster, my independent mechanic, and my common sense. Avoid Luther Nissan Kia! More

I went in to buy a used Altima. Scott the sales person was very informative. Never was pressured to buy and everyone was easy going. This is the second car I have bought from Luther Nissan in IGH and there is a great reason I went back! Chad Port sold me my '05 Maxima in April of 2008 and when I was ready to look for a new car I went s in IGH and there is a great reason I went back! I remember him being so friendly and we formed a great relationship right away and I couldn't think of working with anyone else. He new my style and what I liked and the minute I told him I was looking for a new car he said "I have the perfect car!". He took me out to an '08 Infiniti G35x and I fell in love. The test drive solidified my want for this car. Chad went over some numbers with me and went to work on getting the paperwork filled out. The dealership was VERY busy that day, but Chad, and Rich, kept me up to date on what was going on and they were continuously making sure I was comfortable while I waited offering water and some friendly conversation. Finally, everything was set and I drove off in my new, beautiful car! Chad gave me a follow up call to see how everything was going and, of course, everythine was fabulous. I stopped in to pick up my tabs one day and stopped to chat with Chad again. I enjoy talking to him and I definitely appreciate all he has helped me with. Not only has Luther Nissan formed a lasting relationship with me, but the have a client for life. I would highly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family! More

This was how the car buying experience is supposed to be. The experience at the dealership was just as I hoped. We arrived and went over the already completed fiance information, then test drove the vehicle of our choice, and then finished off with the paperwork. Luther Kia had everything well handled and organized, they didn't keep us there any longer than they needed to and I would definitely recommend this dealership and Dave Ramy in the future. More

I really enjoyed the "no pressure" atmosphere. Everyone was friendly and willing to listen to what I was looking for in a vehicle. I especially enjoyed how easy it was to work with the finance team. This was the first time I have ever purchased a car at a dealership, and as a young adult I was nervous. As soon as I went on their website and asked for a quote, I felt like they were there to help every s dealership, and as a young adult I was nervous. I was called back within ten minutes and was on the way to the dealership in thirty. As soon as I got there I was being shown the Forte I was asking about and began test driving it right away. The whole time all my questions were being answered honestly and I never felt pushed towards anything . I loved the car and dealership so much I returned the next day to purchase my first new car. I have already told all my friends about my experience and my father has already thought about his next car being from there as well. More

Scott and Greg are superior service persons. I had a problem with the ABS system immediately after the warranty expired. They worked with Nissan USA to get the most favorable outcome for me. I did not purchase my Nissan Exterra from the Luther dealership but they are the closest dealership to my house. I first went to them for a recall on my vehicle and they handled it with professionalis dealership but they are the closest dealership to my house. I first went to them for a recall on my vehicle and they handled it with professionalism and even washed my car after it was fixed. I am always welcomed with a smile and by name. They tell me what I need to have done, what is recommmended and aren't pushy when I don't decide to take all of their advice. Every person I have had contact with at this dealership has been extremely nice. I'm not in the market to purchase a new car anytime soon but if their sales is a nice as their service they will keep me around. More
