I left the service department unhappy. I was told that my car that is a year old with 20,000 miles needed new tires. Of course they will streak with snow on them and freezing ice developing on them. They also wanted to change a few filters that were just changed. I just went in for an oil change and I felt pressured. I felt like all they saw were dollar signs on me. I refused any services other than the oil changed. I will be going somewhere else. More

I think the transaction was quick and efficient. I called ahead and they let me know when the best time to come was so I wouldn't get stuck wasting an entire Saturday at the dealership. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and efficient. They all responded quickly and provided excellent customer service.
