Service I had taken my vehicle in to have it checked, the radio had stopped working. They had to order a new one. I was told they would call when it came in. I had taken my vehicle in to have it checked, the radio had stopped working. They had to order a new one. I was told they would call when it came in. I had to call almost 2 weeks later, I was told that the radio had been there. For the inconvenience I was offered a rental car by the associate I spoke to on the phone. When arriving at the dealership the associate helping me knew who I was and why I was there, which was to have the radio replaced, and again for the third time I had to explain to them that the headlight bulb on the right side had blown again, and that was the bulb that Kia had put in. I was offered a rental due to they didn't know how long it was going to take. After leaving with the rental car, I noticed there was only a 1/4 tank of gas and the car was filthy, and felt uncomfortable due to the size of the vehicle. Not being funny but I am a big guy. I was questioning the integrity of the service department, due to the condition of the rental vehicle. Had to stop and clean the inside of the windshield due to it being dirty. Not understanding why the car wasn't inspected before being given to a customer. After all was said and done, the radio and the problem with the electrical system was taken care of. More
Fast service, too much sales pressure The technicians who did the alignment on my 2010 Forte were very quick. I was told it would take 2 hours but took only 1.25 hours. I got new tir The technicians who did the alignment on my 2010 Forte were very quick. I was told it would take 2 hours but took only 1.25 hours. I got new tires just before the alignment. As far as I can tell, the alignment is true. Work well done. My biggest complaint was that the service technician who received me (not Mike Wagner who was assigned to my appointment but I can't remember his name) kept trying to sell me more services on my car. All I wanted was the alignment I had already scheduled earlier in the week. Now that I think of it, this same technician told me that the appointment was for 10am when I had it in my calendar as 10:30am. I was sure I was on time but he was essentially reminding me that I was "late." He didn't show me on the computer that it was 10am. I was pretty sure that I scheduled for 10:30am. The technician who let me know the work was done did not introduce himself. I don't know what his name was either. Not sure I ever talked to my assigned technician. More

Service completed, however a item was marked red regarding brakes, yet it was recommended for a brake flush next visit.
