1st amazing service experience I went in for my first oil change at this location and what a great experience!! Everyone was very friendly and informative. Do you know if you go here for an oil change, they check everything to make sure all is well with your car at no additional charge and they wash your car!! I typically take my car to the local service station for the bargain oil change. I will never go to one of those places again. That old adage you get what you pay for is definitely true, well to a certain degree...my oil change today was free but they did an amazing job!! I don't think I was there 30 min and my car was clean, shiny and ready to go. Thanks for exceeding my expectations!! More

Service Department Scam? My wife had a seat heater not working in her 2012 Infiniti, so I scheduled an appointment with the service dept. We were advised when we took it in My wife had a seat heater not working in her 2012 Infiniti, so I scheduled an appointment with the service dept. We were advised when we took it in there would be a $ 137.30 charge regardless for inspection. I later received a phone call from service advising me that they had found the problem and that it would cost me $ 2313.46 to have it fixed, $ 1800.00 alone in parts is what I was told. I decided that for $2313.46 I would live without the seat heater. When we got back to pick up the car the service person filled us in on what was wrong, what had happened and what needed to be replaced. We thanked him, paid our bill and left. My wife drove the car and decided to stop at a store on the way home. Leaving the store to come home, she once again tried the seat heater and this time IT WORKED. Why the story and the $2313.46 estimate when that obviously wasn't the problem? Needless to say I no longer trust Luther's service department and will never go back for anything again. More

Adam/Greg - Service advisors, took great care of my rig, and started up the paper work/rental promptly. Mark S. - service technician. Awesome "old" man. Love this guy, he knows i'm a picky person. So he take his time to do things correctly ONCE. I highly recommend this place for services to your ride/s. Nice people actually work here. Knowledgeable staffs, and assistants. Kathy/Mary, the office ladies were most wonderful, but they will take your money/credit card though :-))) I had been coming here for over 10 years now. and will continue to do so, unless some of these guys quit then I may have to find another service center. But until then..... KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !!! More
