Luther Kia of Inver Grove - Service Center

Mislead by Nissan email I had received an email forward from my wife that was from Nissan stating that we could stop in at our dealership without an appointment to receive a I had received an email forward from my wife that was from Nissan stating that we could stop in at our dealership without an appointment to receive a 30 minute oil change. When I pulled in to the service area of Luther Nissan Kia of Inver Grove, they told me that promotion dos not apply to their service shop as they do not have an express lube setup. They did however say they would take me in, and that an oil change and tire rotation would actually take an hour and a half without an appointment. They ended up getting the work done in 45 minutes - and I really appreciated the accommodation even though that location didn't truly support the promotion I received via email. More

Good, but could be better I've been going to this Inver Grove Heights Luther Nissan dealership for service since I purchase my car there 5 years ago. Good Service and nice waiting area, but the check-out procedures could be faster and more efficient. This time I waited 10 minutes to pay and then no once could find my car! Car was supposed to be out front awaiting me, but wasn't -- I had to go back out to the service area, find someone to look for my car, which was finally found and driven out front. More

Incompetent service Bright my car in fir 2 issues. Suspension and bad bushing in brake pedalpedal. I even told them it was a bad bushing. They replaced a switch instead and couldn't fix the suspension because they had to order parys. what Nissan dealer doesnt stock parts.anyway for nissan?!? Anyway brought it back to get the new suspension put on and said the bushing still is bad. Now they have to order that part! So I have to bring my car back a 3rd time. WORST DEALER EVER! More

Our service tech, Tom Stensrud advised me upon arrival that they were "r This morning I had my wife's new Murano in for a simple Oil & Filter service. Our service tech, Tom Stensrud advised me upon arrival that they were "running" a little behind this morning due to an unforeseen electrical problem in one of the service bays. Tom advised me that he would do his best to make sure we were taken care of while they dealt with the service bay issues. Tom kept me informed the entire time and still got us out the door within the timeframe originally given for a typical Oil & Lube service appointment. I was very thankful that Tom and his staff members still kept their promise to us to get the job done on time. The communication and the friendly service was second to none. I would highly recommend Luther Nissan Kia in Inver Grove Heights to anyone who is looking for quality and friendly service on their Nissan. More
