EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT LUTHER KIA FIRST OF ALL, I TRIED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT THROUGH THE CALL CENTER AT WHICH TIME I REQUESTED AN APPOINTMENT WITH MIKE WAGNER WHO HAS HANDLED MY SERV FIRST OF ALL, I TRIED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT THROUGH THE CALL CENTER AT WHICH TIME I REQUESTED AN APPOINTMENT WITH MIKE WAGNER WHO HAS HANDLED MY SERVICE NEEDS EVER SINCE I BOUGHT MY FIRST OPTIMA FROM LUTHER. I WAS INFORMED THAT I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GET IN WITH MIKE FOR ABOUT 3 WEEKS. MIKE HAD PREVIOUSLY TOLD ME THAT, IF I HAD A PROBLEM GETTING AN APPOINTMENT, TO CALL HIM WHICH I DID AND HE GOT ME IN WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS. I ARRIVED EARLY FOR MY APPOINTMENT SO I WENT INTO THE WAITING ROOM TO WAIT UNTIL MY APPOINTMENT TIME. MIKE WALKED THROUGH AND SAW ME WAITING. AT THAT POINT HE TOLD ME TO BRING THE CAR IN.
