Service department is the best, very friendly and efficient I have tried setting up a service appointment online and it just doesn't work. They made some suggestions but did not try to force extra service onto us. They were great. When we left I told my wife I would definitely buy our next car from them. More

They got me in ahead of schedule, completed an upgrade service transition to synthetic oil, and a free car I had an appointment for basic oil change. Great Experience. Chico Haskins kept me apprised of how service was going during my Tuesday evening appointment. It was getting late and they were unable to resolve the one issue - I was given a car to go home. The next day they told me the car part would not arrive until Saturday. I needed to go out of town on Friday - Chico told me to use the loaner and he would let me know when the vehicle was ready. He called me on Monday to let me know that it would be ready on Tuesday and that he would call me when work was finished. He called me Tuesday afternoon to let me know it was ready. I so appreciated the regular communication. This is the first car that I have owned (driving for 40 years)which I have used a dealers' Service for maintenance. The Luther Kia experience has been excellent. More
