Service Appointment This was the first time that I called to get service on a new Nissan that I purchased from them. I called to get an appointment for my first oil chan This was the first time that I called to get service on a new Nissan that I purchased from them. I called to get an appointment for my first oil change and was very surprised when when they said that they had several appointment times available on the day that I called. I was able to get my vehicle in quickly, and the service was excellent. My wife also needed an oil change on her Kia, that she had also purchased at Luther and she was also able to get in right away. She has owned her vehicle for several years would not think of taking it anywhere else. More

Transmission replacement I heard a sound from my Nissan Altima's transmission, so I took it to Luther Nissan to be checked out. The service department took the car to diagnose I heard a sound from my Nissan Altima's transmission, so I took it to Luther Nissan to be checked out. The service department took the car to diagnose the problem. The service department came to talk to me an hour later in the waiting room and told me it was definitely the transmission. My car is 7years old and has 79000 miles on it, so I am thinking, this is going to hurt financially. The service man told me they had already talked to Nissan and gotten approval to replace the transmission under warranty. They wanted to keep the car so they could have the work done by the end of the next day. They gave me a loaner car at no charge and I was on my way back to work in less then an hour and a half. No hassle, nothing but totally impressed. I told the service man I was impressed and very pleased. The next day, before 2 PM, I got a phone call saying my car was ready to be picked up. That was less then 24 hours from the time I left the shop the day before. My whole experience at Luther Nissan was pleasant and impressive. I definitely will recommend Luther Nissan to my friends and anyone who needs service. More

Customer Service has always been great, & I'm a customer who is underst I have been going to Luther Nissan Kia in Inver grove for 6 years now! 2 cars. Customer Service has always been great, & I'm a customer who is understanding when things are busy, yet I still manage to feel like I am an important person. I had Lionel for service June 3rd and It was great to see a familiar face. For me, I come back picking up where we left off. I am also really happy because I had my daughter and Father with and it 30 more minutes for service to get other things done, and frankly the oil change went more fast than I had expected then before. Lionel was awesome at letting me get a ride down to the nearest fast food joint. I appreciate the guy who drove me, he was awesome! When I came back, my car was done! I like that they go Beyond for their customers. I also am thrilled about the new coffee machine and refrigerator with bottles and the toys for kids. More

After a very disappointing stop at a c I can't say enough about the Adam Bistadodeau, my service advisor. I needed service work for my 2015 Sorento. After a very disappointing stop at a competitor's service dept., I found Luther Kia Inver Grove Heights on the internet and called and was directed to Adam. Adam immediately recognized my problem and asked when it was convenient for me to bring the vehicle for repair. I was unable to keep the original appt. and called Adam and he changed the appt for me. When I arrived, Adam said they would get right on it and had a loaner car waiting for me to use while they were repairing mine, and said he would call my cell phone when ready. Adam called a couple of hours later to inform me it needed a part that wasn't in inventory, but he was having it express delivered and to feel free to continue to use the loaner in the meantime, as I live out of town. I can't say enough about Adam! He is a friendly, accommodating, caring and professional young man. He is a credit to your dealership and I can assure you I will return! More
