Poor Poor Customer Service Again and last time I will come to service my Kia with you guys. A couple of minutes later I actually had to go ask for service while all service rep just sitting or standing there. Not one word saying "WE'LL BE RIGHT WITH YOU SOON". That would of made the five star. I have come here many times expecting customer service to change and actually serve us and make us comfortable. NOPE. If there were -5 star I would have chosen that. I won't be coming there anytime soon and definitely spreading the word to go somewhere else other than Luther Nissan in Inver Grove Heights. More
