Adam provided transportation for me so I could get back to work and also had a driver pick me up at work and bring me back to the dealership when the car was ready. Very enjoyable experience. I know I can always get a straight answer from Adam when I have questions, and he does not treat me (like I have experienced at other places) like I am asking dumb questions or don't know what I am talking about. I worked on my own car when I was younger, so have some car knowledge so appreciate the way Adam interacts with me. My squeeky steering wheel issue: I was previously told, by your service personnel, that there is no fix, I had to live with it. Adam says they fixed it, so I am hoping that is true. Thanks. More

Excellent service on my 2008 Kia Sorento. Adam was able to get me in on short notice and did an excellent job. I have over 75,000 miles on my Sorento and the Luther on my 2008 Kia Sorento. Adam was able to get me in on short notice and did an excellent job. I have over 75,000 miles on my Sorento and the Luther Service Team keeps it running perfectly. better than my regular shop I knew what I needed to get fixed and planned on going to my regular shop because I assumed it was waay cheaper than the dealership, though Luther is I knew what I needed to get fixed and planned on going to my regular shop because I assumed it was waay cheaper than the dealership, though Luther is where I purchased my car. I purchased the parts for my car and called Luther to see how much labor runs per hour and found it was the same as my regular shop. That plus the expertise of working on Nissans helped me recognize that it would be the best choice for my car to be serviced there. When it took longer than anticipated, they set me up with a loaner right away so I could get on my way. Great service and kept me informed the whole time. More
Not a good experience this time We had a flat tire and had the car towed to the dealership. Was told the tire would be in the next day and repaired. It was not. I stopped in the following day as I was in the area to see if it was done because their phones were down when I tried to call. (not their fault as there was a power outage in the area) The tire was on but their balancing machine was not working so I would either have to leave the car for a 3rd day, or take it and bring it back once the machine was repaired. We decided to take the car since my wife needed it for work. I had also asked if they would check the brakes because they were making a horrible high pitched squeal. When I asked if they found anything wrong with the brakes I could tell by their reaction that they hadn't checked them. So to sum up. I had to drive my wife to work and pick her up for 2 days which is not convenient when I have a job in the opposite direction. This is because I was told it would be done twice and it wasn't otherwise she could have drove our other car to work those 2 days. I had to take the car back in because their balance machine was down. I was told when I brought it back in to get balanced they would get it done right away (10-15 minutes). I even called ahead and gave them an hour notice. I was there for over an hour waiting during a work day. I heard 1 apology during this whole time and a half-hearted one at that. I will say that I've always had good service there in the past. As a matter of fact I was in there 3 days earlier for a tire rotation and a recall. Adam, who was the service person I dealt with that day was excellent and very friendly. I just didn't feel this latest episode was their best effort. If I would have known it was going to be like that, I would have gone somewhere where I'm sure the tire would have been less expensive. More
