Service Repairs WAY TOO EXPENSIVE The people here are friendly. No question. And, I can't speak on the car buying experience. But, I would avoid any service repairs there. They put in one stud that was missing on my front left wheel. From everyone else I spoke with, this should have been cheap, quick and easy. Apparently, that was not the case. Took almost 2 hours and I was gouged for almost $150. When I asked how everything went at the end, the representative explained to me that the stud was really bad and needed to be replaced. Good to know….EXCEPT there was no stud there to be replaced in the first place. A stud was added, not replaced. Anyway, I'm sure the work they did was fine, it's just way too expensive. More

Service of my 2011 Rogue Mike was very helpful and worked with me on the hard to describe problem with my Rogue. Not very familiar with maintenance of my vehicle as my husban Mike was very helpful and worked with me on the hard to describe problem with my Rogue. He always meets you with a smile and goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I am getting a new car and would love to have Mike still be my service advisor. More

We decided to take a chance on Saturday service at Luther Nissan Kia. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
