The service advisors have been great to work with but the service technicians have been less so. I've had my 2011 Kia Sportage in for service several times now at they are always 'not able to reproduce' the service technicians have been less so. I returned to the KIA dealership because my CD player quit working. The service is great. I was told correct time periods for ordered parts to arrive, and for the length of time for installation of the quit working. The service is great. St. Paul with very efficient drop off and pick up. All of the customer service personnel were polite, efficient and knowledgeable, as was the cashier and shuttle driver.
