Another great service experience! When I originally bought my Altima, I had a deal already done with another dealership, but they didn't have the color I really wanted, so I settled. I called Luther wh bought my Altima, I had a deal already done with another dealership, but they didn't have the color I really wanted, so I settled. I called Luther when I got home, and they said they didn't have one either, but they would find me one.....and they did! I cancelled my deal with the other dealership, and bought my car at Luther. That has been the kind of service I have gotten used to at this dealership! I brought my car in for service yesterday, and when I walked in, the service guys said "hi Doug"...how do they know my name, xxxx, I haven't been there often enough for them to know It! Car runs great, and it's washed after every service visit. This is a 100% top-shelf organization. As long as this service team is in place, I know my car is going to be taken care of. I even got a free car wash! I called today because my car was acting up, barely running, and needed repairs as soon as possible. Greg told me to come in within an hour and half or so and he would have his team take a look at what is going on. After about only a half hour of waiting I was returned with an answer, quote, and estimates on how long each task would take. I didn't even have an appointment but they fit me into their schedule, fixed my issues, found me the best deals, and had me on my way. This is my second visit and it was even better than the first, and by far a lot better than my own Chrysler dealership that I use to go to. I haven't heard anything bad about this dealership or its service center from anyone. In fact, I know 2 other people that recommended Luther Nissan Kia to me and I see why they did. I couldn't be more relieved to finally find a great dealer and service center, especially within' a few miles of my house. Excellence at its finest. Thanks guys and gals! More

I bought a Corsa Blue Kia Optima SE Turbo last year from this dealership. The experience was great, no games played and I love the car. Had an engine light coming on due to a problem with the Turbo waste va this dealership. The experience was great, no games played and I love the car. Had an engine light coming on due to a problem with the Turbo waste valve not being adjusted properly. A service bulletin was out on it. I had to bring the car back to leave it overnight so the engine could be completely cold, a loaner car was provided, and it was fixed the next morning. Adam does a great job with customer service. My car was returned washed, vacuumed, and looked like it did when I drove it off the lot almost 1 year ago. My experience has been nothing but positive with this dealer, nice job! More

Scott was very helpful about having my car checked out and ordered the tires for me prior to the day of the service. He got back to me quickly about additional work that needed to be done. These were problems found during the diagnostic work. And he found that they would be covered under warranty. I had a rental that I used until the following day and I didn't have to pay for the rental. I was pleasantly surprised when he called the next morning to let me know the car was ready so soon. The service people at Luther are always patient and listen to me when I take my Altima in for service. And, I'm very happy with the work they do. More
