I took my car in for a repair. It had a check engine light on. I found out it wasn't breathing. I also needed and oil change, had them check my brakes, and remembered tehy had suggested a power steering light on. I found out it wasn't breathing. All of this was completed in less than 36 hours, even needing to send for a part. I was offered a car to drive, if I needed, or other transportation just to get back home. I dropped the car off on my day off and they had it ready for me to make it to work the next afternoon. I was told what to expect for the things I wanted done, before they were done, and the price didn't change for the after they were done total. The work was done accurately and efficiently. In 2 1/2 years working with this group, I have never had a bad experience. More

We have purchased our last 3 vehicles from a Luther dealership and will not go to another dealership. They work great with you to get you into the vehicle you want, and take very good care of you afte dealership and will not go to another dealership. Came in for the 7500 mile oil change and "check up" on our Kia Soul. Everyone was amazingly friendly and they had the work done in less time than was told to me and they even washed our other Kia up" on our Kia Soul. I like how this dealer allows for online scheduling as well as call in to schedule. They never pressure me to do more that I came in to do.
