I brought my KIA Sorento in for routine service/oil change and a programming change to the auto lock feature. Sevice technicians were courteous, attentive and professional. Having had in the past at other dealerships experiences which made me very concerned when they told me work had to be done, finding Mike at Luther Nissan Kia in Invergrove Heights, MN was a Huge relief. H which made me very concerned when they told me work had to be done, finding Mike at Luther Nissan Kia in Invergrove Heights, MN was a Huge relief. He is extremely knowledgeable, actually Listens to the customers bringing their cars in for service and then is willing to explain in exact terms what is needed including if it "has" to be done that moment, and if not that moment - when. Being able, particularly in today's economy, to plan therefore for repairs is an Enormous advantage he gives this dealership as it is one not often offered (let alone every time one brings a vehicle in to Mike) very often at any dealership. I can therefore completely Trust what he tells me is needed and leave knowing the Exact condition my vehicle is in which is a Huge asset to that particular dealership - to the point that I have recommended friends bring their cars to him for service they can trust worry-free! I have given the service department a great review for a number of reasons. Everyone in this department is friendly, responsive, informative and great to deal with. My car was towed to Luther Nissan a few d number of reasons. Everyone in this department is friendly, responsive, informative and great to deal with. My car was towed to Luther Nissan a few days before New Year’s Day, which put me in a bind. They immediately put me in a rental car and I was on my way. The next day I got a call from Scott updating me with the situation on my car. Their department didn’t have the part my car needed and with no luck from their other resources they would have to order it, but because of the holiday, the shipping of the part would cause some delay. Scott contacted me a few more times with updates and it made me feel like I wasn’t just another customer, but I was important enough to be kept in the loop of things. Thanks More
