The competitive price match plus a $100 Luther gift card made this tire purchase a great deal. All staff were friendly and responsive. In addition to replacement of the tires, I also wanted to do replacement of a broken plastic cover over the rear wiper on my Sportage. The order writer over the phone took this to mean that I needed a new wiper. As a result the cover was not ordered and not in stock when I came in for the tire install. I will need to do a second trip. Not a big deal, just a minor inconvenience. More

Filed complaint with BBB. Service requested not performed at all. Charged $660 and battery went dead in a week, despite inspection "okaying it". The tires all had a different air pressure reading. Which tells me you did not check tire air, which is my understanding is part of the oil change program.
