My wife went in and discussed buying a 2013 Mazda6, mind you I have owned an 08 Mazda6, and a 2013 Mazda3, this was supposed to feel like a home coming. But their price for the Mazda6 we wanted was too high you I have owned an 08 Mazda6, and a 2013 Mazda3, this was supposed to feel like a home coming. But their price for the Mazda6 we wanted was too high, we were offered a 7k as is, or 8,999 because they would waive the dealer fee. We went somewhere else. The next day my wife was discussing with Dani the Mazda and asked if they would come down to 8,599 plus taxes, they said sure, but the dealer fee would be added. Thus it returna right back to 8,999. We had to fight hard for them to even consider changing the battery that was 6 years old on the car! That was the selling point too keep that in mind it matters... So we negotiated that they would change the axels, back break pads, and the battery. Signed the deal, had to wait for their mechanics to get in because it was the weekend. We were called Monday 6/15, and told the car was ready.... (Thr car was infact not ready) My wife and I got a ride from the northland to come get our car so my wife could be to work on time... we were not prepared for the hour and a half wait and xxxx show that followed... We got the vehicle and while i opened the trunk to make sure no water issues as was noted before, my wife opened the hood and called for me... i roubded the hood to note the same battery in the car.... which now makes me question the breakpads and axels if those were even done and not just stated they were... semantics... So we thought hey battery change 15 minutes fine whatever this shoulda been done before we arrived... 20 minutes later the car comes back... with a lopsided hood, not flush like it was prior. We popped the hood and behold.. A battery that doesnt fit the car! Mind you not one person has apologized to this point, if i have a flub this bad I would at least apologize and take responsibility. I asked for the used car manager who came to discuss and we noted the issue with the battery size and hood. He was upset... being this upset i would personally make sure EVERYTHING goes perfectly for that customer after also making my wife late. This manager apologized and ensured he woukd make sure everything was up to shape and we would be right out as soon as thry ordered the battery from Oriellys. We waitrd an hour and a half total and when we got in the car, and finally turned her on... the tire pressure light was on... we go back in as im not leaving the lot with the tire pressure light on... Enter second manager... Rob i believe asked what happened we explained and he tried to calm us down so we wouldnt notify the whole lobby about the current experience (this happened today the day i write this.) Rob said "I am sure if thr kight were on before we would have caught it." Really Rob because your service department almost bent my hood out of shape and didnt notice it was the wrong battery and the hood had to be PUSHED HARD to close with that battery so it was very well known... no im sure they would have noticed... IF you are still here I encourage and pray that you will consider driving 30 miles north to the Mazda dealer in the North of Town ^_< (Edited because it was removed for specifying another dealership but in all honesty your better off going to ANY DEALERSHIP besides here...) In 3 years when we trade this car in we plan to get a brand new car, it wont be from Luther Mazda. What did they offer to make up for it? Thry thought making sure the gas was filled up and when we come back for our free oil change they will fill the gas up again.... gtfo with your 40 dollars. They want your money and they are unwilling to budge on pricing and when you do sign they dont take care of you. Take your business elsewhere. I wont be taking mine back to Luther Mazda and they will never touch this vehicle again. More
I gave them the third degree because I had seen deceptive practices at other dealers But everything they didn’t have any hidden cost or twist my arm to buy stuff I didn’t want Any problems I found they q practices at other dealers But everything they didn’t have any hidden cost or twist my arm to buy stuff I didn’t want Any problems I found they quickly corrected Would strongly recommend this dealership More
I visited Luther Mazda to resolve a TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) issue on my Mazda CX-5, 2022 model. I paid for a full diagnosis and was told the problem was fixed, but the TPMS warning light cam monitoring system) issue on my Mazda CX-5, 2022 model. I paid for a full diagnosis and was told the problem was fixed, but the TPMS warning light came back on less than an hour after picking up my car. When I returned immediately, I was told I would need to pay again for the same diagnostic service, even though the issue was clearly not resolved. I am very disappointed by this lack of accountability. Customers should not be required to pay multiple times for the same unresolved problem. I hope the dealership improves its service policies and stands behind its work. More
Bought a pre owned car 2 months ago. Had two non-negotiable points. Chipped windshield needed to be fixed and i absolutely wouldn’t buy without a second key. They made up this promise th Had two non-negotiable points. Chipped windshield needed to be fixed and i absolutely wouldn’t buy without a second key. They made up this promise that their window guy and their key guy would contact me about fixing these issues on my time at my home or job. Two months out, no calls from these people and no one from the dealership has contacted me about these required repairs. They straight ghosted me. Liars and cheats only interested in selling me a car and then moving on. Any dealer has a “we owe” sheet that goes with every sale and can’t finish their monthly books until all things are fulfilled. Luther Mazda of KC apparently doesn’t care about me or my satisfaction. Let’s assume they won’t care about you or yours either. Avoid Luther Mazda of KC. More

I recently purchased a 2025 Mazda CX-5 Premium Plus in Machine Gray Metallic over Parchment Leather. I love the vehicle! That said, I would not recommend Luther Mazda for their integrity. I was referre Machine Gray Metallic over Parchment Leather. I love the vehicle! That said, I would not recommend Luther Mazda for their integrity. I was referred to them by Costco’s I made an appointment and went in and completed a sale. I later learned the dealership was supposed to present to me a Costco price sheet, which they never did. I learned later the dealership offered a price which included existing discounts in the trade-in offer which resulted in me receiving $500 for a trade-in for which I was being offered $5,400 from other dealerships online. When I pointed this fact out to a “sales manager” texting me later to ensure good reviews, I was blocked from responding. So, be aware of the lack of transparency and integrity when visiting this dealership and also be aware of what you are entitled to receive as a Costco referral. More
They had a car priced at $15,300. I made a very reasonable offer on it. I offered what my bank would loan. Turned it down and said they would take $ 15,500. They claim that's a discount of $200 because of the dealer fees. The car business has gone to xxxx. They are just greedy and we've been dumb enough to keep buying. Prices are approximate. More
Disappointed with the service. Car is making lot of noise after the service. Usually car gets lot smoother and quieter after service. Car is making lot of noise after the service. Usually car gets lot smoother and quieter after service. More
