In the past few months we have leased one Mazda, and purchased a used car. There have a been a few paper work issues, which happen and are expected. However, the difference is how the people at Eddy's handle these. They don't question you, they just take care of it. If they feel they have put us out, they try to go out of their way to make it right, not realizing that all we want is that extra effort they seem to do naturally. I will always go back to a place that makes an occasional mistake, owns it, and takes care of it. I have to add that the mistakes I'm referring to are not big things at all, but all the people at Eddy's made us feel that we were the only customers they had as they made everything right, and promptly.
