Breaks replace I would say one of the poor services, that one can’t expect from a BMW service centre. They gave me an appointment but no one was there when I showed I would say one of the poor services, that one can’t expect from a BMW service centre. They gave me an appointment but no one was there when I showed up and I was questioned about the appointment. Then I was told they didn’t have parts for the service which was already scheduled. Finally when manager was able to help me and I got loner car (manager was nice), I got a call saying CV boot was torn. When I asked them to show me, they said they threw it away. The whole process was supposed to be done in 2 hours per them but took whole day. I am never going back again. Total disappointment. More
