Service checkup for Q7 @ 18,500 miles I purchased an Audi Q7 in July & this past week the service message popped up on the screen. I called park place motors to schedule an appointment & I purchased an Audi Q7 in July & this past week the service message popped up on the screen. I called park place motors to schedule an appointment & my contact josh kern was out on vacation I was connected with an associate who got me an appointment the following week & I was set. I received a text message & courtesy phone call the day before the appointment. I arrived 10 minutes late from my appointment & josh was there to take my information & go over the service work to be done on the vehicle. He presented me the estimate for the work & I went to the waiting area to wait for my vehicle. After 2 hours my car was done & ready to head back home. Great people & service @ park place motors. Service experience Staff were very friendly and they helped with a loaner which i didn't reserve earlier. Performed the service before three time i need the car back. Dealership good service call center not so much. I did. It gave a great experience with their scheduling center iwas on hold for 15 min and in the middle of scheduling they disconnected had to call a I did. It gave a great experience with their scheduling center iwas on hold for 15 min and in the middle of scheduling they disconnected had to call again on hold for a other 15 min. Then they were not able to tell me if a loaner car would be available at the time of scheduling. The dealership had to call me a d reschedule because no car was available. Kept receiving notifications of service appointments for the old date. Dealership is good to work with directly though. More
