Busy Place Each time I visit Park Place, I feel like they short-staffed. Whether they are or not, it just seems like there is more work to be done than what sta Each time I visit Park Place, I feel like they short-staffed. Whether they are or not, it just seems like there is more work to be done than what staff can handle. I came n for an oil change which morphed into a 2 1/2 hour long appointment including a tire rotation and a back up camera software update which erased all my setting preferences, took away the display option for my digital speedometer, and I feel the back up camera did not improve. This of course. Is not Park Place’s fault. Overall, I feel the service provided is good, it just always feels a bit rushed. More

Deceived by BMW I was informed 3 years of maintenance with oil change max of once per year given low miles driven. My second oil change was Oct 2018. I asked if I cou I was informed 3 years of maintenance with oil change max of once per year given low miles driven. My second oil change was Oct 2018. I asked if I could return Sep 2019 and was told I have to wait 365 days. When I brought in Oct 2019, I was informed that maintenance coverage ended last month and $300 was needed for oil change I feel deceived by BMW. As someone who buys a new car every 3-5 years, including multiple cars from Luther, I can assure you that I will never purchase a BMW again My feelings were expressed to Kevin who was sympathetic but unable to rectify the situation More
