They are welcoming, efficient, knowledgeable, and proficient, coupled with a congenial, helpful, and warm approach to the customer. That goes from Mr. Pose, to the van drivers, to the people in the showroom whenever I chance to look at the new models, to any mechanic I meet on the way in or out, and to the ladies in the billing department. Oil change and brake check I gave this establishment a 3 star rating only for the fact that they have a fabulous waiting room. As for the cost of the service that I received I b I gave this establishment a 3 star rating only for the fact that they have a fabulous waiting room. As for the cost of the service that I received I believe it was a little more than it should have been, I was charged $339 for an oil change and brake check. It took 3.5 hours and an 1/8th of a tank of gas to complete this task somehow. Then they showed me the estimate for the brakes and it was over $1500!! Thanks but no thanks. More

We have worked with Kevin a number of times now and feel he has always been open and honest with us. The service has always been performed in an expedient manner and has always been completed correctly the first time. The checkout staff has always been friendly, helpful, and quick. The ONLY negative I have is just the cost of repairs. However, they have saved us money on repairs too. But, the 328i is fun to drive. We really like dealing with Kevin and the rest of the staff and feel they have our best interests in mind when we need to come in for service. More
