Oil Change and Routine Maintenace Joshua let me know other issues that were wrong with my car. He understood that I do most of my own maintenance and respected that by giving me inform Joshua let me know other issues that were wrong with my car. This is a Luther Park Place problem. I know it’s not Joashuas fault but for Gods sake, quit trying to sell that xxxx fee to rest maintenance. My other BMW is out of warranty and I don’t have any free oil changes on it so I don’t come to Park Place with it for anything other than recalls. The place I take my 2nd BMW isn’t even a BMW dealer and they don’t charge me for resetting it. Knock it off so I can quit driving all the way across town for oil changes and I can come to you guys again. More

Amazing Service! I purchased my VW Beetle in the cities at another dealership and it was the worst customer service ever. A few months later I had to have some service I purchased my VW Beetle in the cities at another dealership and it was the worst customer service ever. A few months later I had to have some service done and decided I wanted to try my local dealership in Rochester and what a difference, I just couldn't believe the level of professionalism, (even though I was a bit testy initially) LOL I will not go anywhere else and highly recommend Luther Park Place to anyone. I have dealt with Mac and Jeff in service and I did talk to Almin in sales along with the girls at the checkout counter and I have never had a bad or negative experience with any of them. They make you feel like you are the only customer they have, they return calls as promised and go way beyond the call of duty every single time. Oh, and did I mention that they even wash and vacuum out my car with every visit? I can not say enough about this Park Place Team. Speaking of team, I love that they have longevity with their employees, it's nice going back after a year and having the same people there. Thank you again to all of you! More

Quick service Had an unscheduled service and service rep. Joshua got me in the same day. Called me with diagnosis and I agreed to the repair.
