I had a very frustrating experience trying to get my vehicle serviced for my air conditioner. I was told that even though I brought a new vehicle I would need to reach out directly to Volkswagen myself vehicle serviced for my air conditioner. I was told that even though I brought a new vehicle I would need to reach out directly to Volkswagen myself to have resolution. The issue is that the air stops working after driving for about 2 1/2 hours. When I gave some suggestions to Mac he was short and unwilling to problem solve. I have always had excellent experiences with Volkswagen in the past with the service department and was shocked with this experience. Nathan and Jeff have been outstanding. This was a new and frustrating experience and hope it isn’t the new norm. Mac has followed up with me since I was in last. More

All services that need to be done we're accomplished however needed to go to another place to get tire rotation done even though service tech said tires were fine it was well over expected mileage They however needed to go to another place to get tire rotation done even though service tech said tires were fine it was well over expected mileage They didn't want to do it disappointed and service in that portion and not taking care of their customers to ensure longevity in the vehicle. Was willing to pay to have the tire rotation done but instead went and got a free one elsewhere. Only marking yes to recommend as they do take care of vehicles however would not recommend after warranty. More
