I took my 2015 VE Passat in for an oil and filter change and 90 thousand mile service. Since I had just changed my winter tires for summer tires, tire rotation was not needed and they used the Ad Blue I had and 90 thousand mile service. Since I had just changed my winter tires for summer tires, tire rotation was not needed and they used the Ad Blue I had purchased when I needed it when I was out of town ( all at my request to reduce uneccessary costs ). Very flexible with arranging loaner car due to my odd work schedule. The woman who checked me in and out was kind thorough and efficient ( I don’t remember her name. I prefer the check box type of surveys with an option for text, because I don’t care for typing. More
