Smooth. Good intent. However it was not clear what to do for no contact drop off and pick up. The app to pay my bill did not work and I ended up going inside. When I called I was routed to an out of office til next week voice mail when I asked for help with the payment app. So I just drove in. Definitely some kinks in the process to work out here. I was told how err that everybody else lived the app. I may be female and 65 but I’ve been working technology since Apples were an all in one the size of a shoebox so give me a BREAK. More

I received a brief "No, it is not. We will let you know." Finally, at 4 pm, when seven hours had passed I called. It took a lot of patience to wait through holds and multiple transfers to finally speak with someone. He told me I had agreed to leave my car for the day. I was surprised because I schedule it for 9 am so I could be in and out quickly and no one asked me if I could leave my car all day. He agreed to have my car ready by 5 only when I told him we had a scheduling problem if it wasn't done by then. When I arrived at 5 and called, the car was delivered to me by an employee who wasn't wearing a mask. Yes, the work was done properly. Yes, the service manager comped the wheel change charge. But, it was really an aggravating experience and I felt we were unnecessarily exposed to COVID. More
Worst place to check your car. I called a day before to ask if they can change my steering column because it locked and they said it’s my motor that blew up.
