I was an out of town buyer for a 20 year old 1 owner 9k mile Corvette that I paid top of the market for, and was expecting a vehicle in perfect condition as described. Upon arrival from my 8 over 500 mile mile Corvette that I paid top of the market for, and was expecting a vehicle in perfect condition as described. Upon arrival from my 8 over 500 mile trip to pick up the car, I noticed a few deep scratches that have been touched up by what appeared to be a grade school artist, but hey the car is 20 years old and if that is the extent of things, I would still be good. The car truly needs professional paint correction to fix these flaws repaired and I was quoted over $1500.00 to fix the paint to bring it to described perfect condiotion. So, I then get ready to load the car on my trailer and the car will not start, they blame this on the porter who cleaned the car for delivery, so we use a jump pack to get it fired up and I load the car and head home. Once home, I review the vehicle and the pictures I was sent before the purchase, and they had to have known there was an issue with starting because they replaced the battery from the one in the original photos provided. The vehicle still has this starting issue, as something has to be drawing power from the battery goes dead within a few days even after fully charging the cheap new battery they put in the vehicle. Next issue was supposedly fixed at the dealership before delivery, but it is still an issue also. Paperwork stated the replaced the motor relays in the drivers door that controls locking/unlocking of the vehicles driver side door and this does not work either. I am contacting the dealership about all of these issues, and will update this review if items are corrected, but as an out of town buyer that is over 500 miles away I do not expect them to be much help, we will see. More
