Excellent customer service. Everybody from the salesperson, finance, to used car sales managers are great professionals. I live in CA and I was looking for a 2022 used MBZ with specific options. I saw the Ad on Cars.com, from Luther VW. I contacted them and Matt, the salesperson, went above and beyond to help me "see" and "feel" the car up-close. Special thanks to Mo, Used car manager and Jeremiah, the Finance manager. They did everything to meet and exceed my expectations, making an easy transaction. Very friendly and humble teamwork that helped finish the deal, including shipping. This was my first time buying a car from out of state, without seeing and test driving, but thanks again to Matt, he did a fantastic job. Highly recommend, Two thumbs up, guys. More
