Excellent, expedited service provided by Bobby Scala and his financial team counterpart Devin Sowers. One caveat: I wish the car was detailed more. Saw on the CARFAX that the car was auctioned in July, so they had a while to make it pretty. Had to clean up coffee stains and water marks/grime on the cupholders and steering wheel, respectively. The one detail that detracted from my car buying experience was really after-the-fact. More

By 6:20 AM t Helton Cerqueira was absolutely AMAZING with helping me buy my vehicle. I found it on Autotrader and messaged the dealer around 10PM. By 6:20 AM the next day, Helton was texting/emailing me. We got an early start talking about my needs and what I was seeking. I explained I was an out of state buyer and required his assistance in sending up close and personal pictures/videos of the GMC Canyon Diesel I was seeking. He was Johnny on the spot! By 8;30 after he made it into work, he was already sending me the info I asked for. He helped me get in touch with the F&I dept, collected my deposit, stayed on top of getting me the info as it happened and my credit union from Nebraska worked on wiring Luther VW the balance due. Then, he picked up my wife from the airport, brought her to the dealership where she found the truck was washed, filled with fuel and ready for delivery. This was an flawless transaction from a professional sales associate in every way possible. Can't thank you enough! A+! More
