If I could give it 0 stars I would, I have had an absolutely terrible experience every time I’ve come here. I have yet to have my problem fixed after bringing in my car multiple times. I was told tha absolutely terrible experience every time I’ve come here. I have yet to have my problem fixed after bringing in my car multiple times. I was told that I would receive a call when the part was in stock and after a month I never received a call and had to reach out to them asking what was going on. After finding out they had the part all along but had an issue with their automated system so I was never made aware of this I made another appointment and made inconvenient plans to arrange a ride to drop my car off only to receive a phone call an hour later saying that they didn’t actually have the part they needed anymore because it was used in another vehicle. Very good experience buying my first new car. David was great to work with, answered any questions that I had and helped me get the car I wanted from another VW dealership. great to work with, answered any questions that I had and helped me get the car I wanted from another VW dealership. More
Jeremiah was great. Overall it was a great buying experience. They seemed to want to make sure that I got into the right car. They offered me more for my trade in than other dealerships I had been to experience. They seemed to want to make sure that I got into the right car. No pressure dealership. All of my expectations were met. They always checked with me when filling out forms to see if needed help. Brandon knows the electronics and gave a comprehensive short explanation They always checked with me when filling out forms to see if needed help. Brandon knows the electronics and gave a comprehensive short explanation of all the digital and non digital workings of the dashboard. Steve, the manager took good care of us and made it possible for the transaction to be seamless. I would buy my next car there. Finance guy was very friendly and efficient. Thanks VW Westside. More
Top notch, professional work and kind customer service as usual. No better place. Had an oil change and did not expect to get a free car wash. Thank you! usual. No better place. Had an oil change and did not expect to get a free car wash. Thank you! More

After getting a new battery installed last week I began experiencing an error in the CD player (every time the car was turned on the CD player would scan for a cd). I asked this to be investigated this we experiencing an error in the CD player (every time the car was turned on the CD player would scan for a cd). I asked this to be investigated this week when my car was in for a windshield replacement. From two service reps at Westside VW I heard the diagnosis of “random coincidence”. Once before they had even looked at the problem. I I was given the opportunity to purchase a new CD player for $1,300. I don’t believe returning a car after routine service, like battery replacement, in worse off condition is an acceptable outcome. I will no longer be doing business with Luther as I would prefer avoiding future “random coincidences” More
