The service, tire and glass departments seemed to not communicate with each other. Service called to say the car is ready to be picked up before the glass work was done. After telling Sales Consultant that I did not want to put down a deposit. I was asked again after I was in the process of getting financing I said not again as I was afraid they would not refund it. they i down a deposit. I was asked again after I was in the process of getting financing I said not again as I was afraid they would not refund it. they insisted I need to put down deposit or the vehicle would be sold before I had my financing complete. I was assured I would get it back. They lied to me instead of refunding my $ 500.00 dollars they put it towards a down payment without my permission. Just like i expected I would. I was never told or asked to put a down payment down and I was doing a trade in. When I called them on it I was informed it was a misunderstanding. I will not go back here, nor will I recommend them. I ended up being out $ 500.00 More

Brought Car In On A Friday. Was Told A Lower Ball joint was The Issue. I specifically said to inspect the wheel bearings and Hubs to the service advisors. Brought Car to another VW dealer and was told the was The Issue. I specifically said to inspect the wheel bearings and Hubs to the service advisors. Brought Car to another VW dealer and was told the Lower Ball Joint Was Fine. Brought Car Back To 1st Dealership. (Westside). Had lower Ball joint replaced for a hefty price. Got car back Tuesday. Immediately brought vehicle back for same issue reported the Friday before. Went for a ride with the shop manager. He noted same noise as I did as well. Got a call the next day (Wednesday) saying the wheel bearing was bad and it would be $700 to fix. Wasted 2 work days foolling around back and fourth to dealers for different answers. Picked vehicle up Wednesday evening. Did not have the part replaced as I feel the original $400 spent on lower ball joint should have been put towards this wheel bearing issue that Should have been found Friday when I clearly brought up the issue and it was faliled to be inspected. This is the 3rd new VW I have purchased in 2 years from Westside. Kind of a let down in this case. More
