Was a little disappointed in the service this time. They had quoted me around $560 for new tires and labor then told me that they accidentally texted the wrong person and it ended up being over $700. Salesperson was excellent in explaining the vehicle but I was not satisfied with the finance person. I was not financing the vehicle but was totally confused when he started explaining the warranty on the ve was not satisfied with the finance person. I thought he was explaining what the warranty was coming with the vehicle and when I expressed my concern he simply tossed the paperwork to the side and said “I guess you’re not buying anything from me “. Later when talking to the salesperson I realized that the finance person was actually talking about an extended warranty and stated I was actually interested in an extended warranty but by then the finance person wasn’t around. More
