From the very beginning it was great I feel so confident when I take my VW Beetle to Westside. I bought my 2016 vehicle from Carole Jean and have always been treated respectfully. The most recent experience I had was making a call from Brainerd saying my tire pressure was low. Michael said I could bring it in and they'd check it out. Well, I didn't make it before having a flat tire. Taken care of on the road, I continued to Westside and was greeted by Ted, Dan the tire guy, Michael, and later Travon. They kept me informed and I needed two new tires. The damaged one was covered by the warranty and I bought the second one. Service is ALWAYS wonderful there. AND they washed my car! More

I loved my Westside Volkswagen experience. I took my car in for an oil change and it came back to me cleaner than i left it. They actually washed it for me! How nice!! It's an Experience Buying a VW from Westside I was very leary about visiting Carole Jean just to "look" at new Volkswagens. I knew I couldn't go there without leaving with a new car. And that i I was very leary about visiting Carole Jean just to "look" at new Volkswagens. I knew I couldn't go there without leaving with a new car. And that is just what happened. I purchased a 2020 VW Golf in a beautiful blue. No more grey for me! The experience was wonderful and fun. The best one can say about a dealer is if you keep going back. This must be my 4th Golf from Westside and I am so happy with my new vehicle. Last visit ever every single time I have visited, I have had a horrible time. I have asked for car washes and never received them. I have on several occasions picked every single time I have visited, I have had a horrible time. I have asked for car washes and never received them. I have on several occasions picked up my vehicle and have had the alerts not cleared from my dash. I have asked for rentals, only to be told that one was not available when I had reserved one. Tao, in particular, has not learned how to say my name even though I have been a customer for some time now and has dismissed my complaints. you really should re-evaluate the ay you treat your customers especially your black customers.
