Tao was able to do some work under my CPO and get my car running smoothly again. His recap of the work was thorough. Everything was completed in a timely manner. If something is not quite right, they stand behind their work and make it right at no extra charge to me. They know their business and know various options of how to correct a problem. Even though my vehicle is old, they treat me with respect and they are competent to keep my vehicle running well. They don't waste my time either. I'm in and out for oil changes and simple repairs. Love Luther West side and the team there! I have purchased many cars from Luther West side over the years.
