The car was dropped off as planned and in half the time expected for the recall work they had also diagnosed and ordered parts for another unrelated issue that I had asked about. Excellent Service but I have always experienced excellent, prompt, courteous service from this dealer. However this time the catalytic converter on my Atlas had to be repla I have always experienced excellent, prompt, courteous service from this dealer. However this time the catalytic converter on my Atlas had to be replaced under warranty. The vehicle is now making a weird rubbing sound at low speeds which I am told is probably a heat shield rubbing on an inner axle shaft. Not happy at all as I live 2 hours away from the dealer, and have to travel to Iowa tomorrow. More
