Bought a used car I went into the dealership in search of a newer used vehicle for myself. The sales rep that helped me was Brendan. I knew the model vehicle that I wanted and he did a wonderful job with finding the right car for me. This dealership has a great inventory and a wide mileage/price range in the particular model I was looking for. This dealership has their vehicles priced right to sell, which means there is no negotiating on the price. Initially I was taken back by this, but comparing the car I purchased with other dealers in the metro I found that they were conpetativly priced. I'm a difficult buyer to work with and Brendan was cool a cucumber. 10/10 would reccomend to a friend More

Great Service on Short Notice The power brakes on my son's VW Jetta were failing so I pulled into a Westside VW service bay without an appointment. Service Advisor Lynn Grissom was The power brakes on my son's VW Jetta were failing so I pulled into a Westside VW service bay without an appointment. Service Advisor Lynn Grissom was able to get the car in for diagnosis after a shorter-than-expected wait. She and service technician Shane then helped me "triage" a long list of items that needed attention, including the brakes, of course. Leo arranged for an Enterprise rental car and even provided a ride to their location to speed up the process. The following day I was able to leave the Enterprise car at Westside and pick up my son's repaired Jetta. You've got a great team at Westside VW! More
