Soon after I received a call from Steve Broucek, and we discussed what I was looking for and why. I appreciated that Steve did not pressure me to come in right away and take a test drive. A couple weeks later Steve followed up with an email about new special offers that had just been made available. When I ended up coming in Steve and everyone else made the entire process very easy and enjoyable. I appreciated that they took the time to learn my needs and gave me various options to consider. At no point did I feel pressured. Once I made the decision on leasing a vehicle, Steve took the time to walk me through and demonstrate all the various features and how to get them working. I would definitely recommend Luther Westside Volkswagen and Steve Broucek to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

Amber Martin did a fantastic job I came in for a 120k service, and a ABS software update / recall. Everything went well with the 120k service, but my ABS system failed the upgrade. I had appointments that afternoon I had to get to, so rather than sending me on my way with my ABS turned off, Amber Martin and VW gave me a complementary rental until the service was completed and my 2009 Rabbit had the ABS working. It may have been a legal liability protection, but still - Amber did a great job communicating status with me over text messages, and getting me set up with the vehicle. It was a very good experience. $436 for a service is prohibitive for my yearly oil changes, so I take it to Goodyear for those, but the Recall Service was the benefit that I felt was worth making the trip to Westside. There are trade-offs with everything in life, so keep a close eye on your costs. More

Great as always I had several different cars over the years and for that reason had my cars serviced at different dealerships. Westside VW is by far the best one. Even within the Luther family they stand our as different (I bought a Honda from the Luther Honda dealership and stopped going there). No matter who I deal with they always work around my needs, are open, honest and reliable. If I buy another VW down the road this is the only dealership I will consider based on their service. More
