Great experience at Westside My girlfriend and I came in about 2 weeks ago to look at purchasing or leasing a VW. I already had a GLI and Passat and love Volkswagens. Looked at a few other vehicles but ultimately had to get another VW. We worked with Doug throughout the whole proccesss, and he was very patient with my indecisiveness and very informative on buying or leasing, R Line or SEL, etc... From the start Doug was laid back and never made us feel any pressure which everyone knows is extremely rare in the car business. We ended up leasing a new Jetta R Line and love it. Craig, who worked with us on financing was also very friendly and informative as this was my first time leasing a car and I had many questions. I highly recommend Westside VW and Doug, we will definitely be back to see Doug when we need another vehicle or if family/friends ask for a recommendation. More
