Delay I was told I would only have to wait 45 minutes for my service. After waiting for one hour, i went to the counter to check on the progress. They said there was a software error and it was not done yet and worked for 30 more minutes. I was late for work because of the delay. I wish they would have come and found me in the waiting room and told me it would take longer than expected. I’m grateful for the Uber rides to and from work. More
