was hearing metal vibration - they fixed it I dropped in mid morning to see if they could listen to a squeak / rattle / vibration. I made myself comfortable and productive in at a quiet workstation and the hour flew by. The technician took me for a ride to make sure they had fixed it. I'm very happy with the service, speed and professionalism of everyone I came in contact with. More
