I was looking at GTIs and he was knowledgeable about the car and it's capabilities. He was comfortable with me opening it up a bit on the test drive and was not "pushy" in any way. He was understanding of my wants and needs and wanted to help me get the car I wanted. After making a decision, it only took a couple hours to set up financing, do all the paperwork and have keys in hand. I completely forgot the name of the person that set up financing for me (sorry). He was nice and had a fun story about being a former boxer. He also gets 5/5 stars from me. If my next car is another VW, I'll definitely be going to Luther VW Westside again. More

Helton helped my wife previously find a CPO 2009 Jetta that runs like a top years later. This time around I started with a list of 3 vehicles that I emailed to Helton, then I came up with a list of 3 more that were just a little "nicer." Good visit. Not all work completed. I brought my car in to have the surface of one of my wheels repaired, the upholstery on my seat fixed, and my oil changed. I got my oil changed, I brought my car in to have the surface of one of my wheels repaired, the upholstery on my seat fixed, and my oil changed. I got my oil changed, but it didn't appear that the upholsterer even knew about my appointment. The wheel will need to be done in the shop so I will have to return for that. It is a special type of wheel, so I can understand that. I think there should have been better confirmation with the upholsterer. The visit was good but didn't meet my expectations considering all the work I expected to get done but didn't. I also did not receive a call back prior to my visit that I was told I would be getting. Overall, the service was a bit below what I have previously experienced, but not terrible by any means. The only reason I might be a little upset is because I will have to come back out and will have to be out of the office. I should mention that the internet at your center is great, I was able to get a lot of work done while waiting. The service person, Dereck, I met with at the time of the visit was courteous and professional. He didn't seem to have anything to do with the issues I experienced but did a good job explaining the situation. Thanks, Jeff More

Service Made an appointment for the next day to have my AC looked at and some filter changes that were recommended at 100,000 miles. Was told that I could drop off my car the night before. Did so and was called the next morning asking why I had dropped off my car as I did not have an appointment. Reiterated the reason for the appointment. AC was repaired under my extended warranty which was wonderful however not sure that the filter changes were done. I am a loyal VW owner and will continue to give VW my business. Just a little confusion all the way around and not sure that everything was done as requested. More
