Oil change and 30,000 I took the shuttle to lifetime gym and gave them a pick up time. No one came. I asked a friend to bring me back. When I checked out they said the ca I took the shuttle to lifetime gym and gave them a pick up time. No one came. I asked a friend to bring me back. When I checked out they said the car was finished, washed and ready to go. When I went to leave I noticed that the car had not been washed. They apologized and said then get it washed immediately, and they would let me know when it was finished. I waited in the waiting room for some time. When no one came I decided to check myself. It was sitting in the parking lot washed with keys in the car, but no one had let me know. The above handled better would have made my experience more enjoyable. More

Best car-buying experience ever! We had picked out the car we wanted online before going to the dealership so when we went in, we asked to drive that one specifically.
