Easy, nice and a wonderful experience. I have been having a hard time deciding on a car, as well as finding one in my price range. Luther had what I wanted and more. Goof up by tech but redeemed by service manager Tech goofed up oil change by forgetting to plug the dipstick tube. Car was vibrating when I started. Turned the car back in the shop and got it resolv Tech goofed up oil change by forgetting to plug the dipstick tube. Car was vibrating when I started. Turned the car back in the shop and got it resolved by tech plugging the dipstick tube. That’s when I noticed paint was chipped somehow. Service manager Tao immediately escalated to the paint guy Jesse. We were able to come to a discounted paint repair. Both Tao and Jesse were highly professional in all my interactions and kept me updated through out the process. These two saved the day for me. More
