All done in less than twenty minutes. They fixed the issue, the same problem as what the scan showed earlier.. and did not push unnecessary services. Great knowing I have an auto shop I can safely bring my vehicle in. More

VW service I got good service in general but I wish the agent who was assigned to me, had come back to let me know that my car was ready, instead of walking away I got good service in general but I wish the agent who was assigned to me, had come back to let me know that my car was ready, instead of walking away to never check on me again. I was in the restroom. Concerned, after waiting another 15 minutes, I went to check if my car was ready, and it was in the parking lot ready to go! It is a minor detail considering that the overall experience with the service department was good, but worth mentioning to avoid repetition. Also, and this is not new, the personnel at the cash register is as uncordial as ever been. Couldn't they make an effort to be a bit more pleasant! More

Recently having purchased this car brand new and experiencing an issue like this I was devastated. Upon calling Luther Westside Volkswagen, they were prompt and got me in right away. Even with a busy lobby, I feel I waited I a reasonable time considering the busyness of service department. Tou was amazing! He was empathetic, knowledgeable, and just overall wonderful! He put me at ease, got me into a loaner car and sent on my way within an hour or two. He kept me informed of everything that went on, from diagnosing the issue, keeping me updated on repair times, and whatever else that came up. I am very very satisfied with the service I received. Shortly after she paid and left the dealership, she received a phone call from a technician stating that they forgot to do the tire rotation. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time we've had an issue with the service shop. A few years ago we had a situation with a flat tire which culminated in three separate visits to the department until it was finally resolved. We still plan on bringing our vehicles into Westside for service, and I am still checking the "yes" to the question about recommending this center; however, if we have any more issues, I believe we will have no choice but to look elsewhere. Also, my wife does not recall the name of the service person she worked with, and there is no way to select "unknown" in this survey--so I just picked one in order to complete this. More
