Average Sercie I brought my car in for a recall; I also asked the team to look at my key fob (I need to press it 3 times in order for all the doors to open). I was I brought my car in for a recall; I also asked the team to look at my key fob (I need to press it 3 times in order for all the doors to open). I was told the work would take 60-75 minutes. After 60 minutes, Thao came over to say there was another recall (that I wasn't aware of) and it would take an additional 30-45 minutes. It ended up taking 60 minutes. What bothers me is before starting the work, Thao didn't come over to ask me if I could stay an additional 30-45 minutes to complete the work. I did have another appointment scheduled and because the work took an additional 60 minutes, I just made it on time. Also, they changed the batteries in my key fob but it didn't fix the issue. Please do a better job of communicating with customers. More

Service on 08 Passat Had an estimate on replacing a strut spring coil from another VW repair shop at $1100 and Luther Westside was able to do it for $700.
