I was not impressed with by service this last time I was not impressed when I dropped it off the night before. I was early and I did say I was going to wait. But something came up and we needed to drop it off. As soon as I said that, the guy (I don't recall his name) just gave me an envelope and told me to fill it out. He didn't ask me any questions or check anything. I was not impressed with the communications with my service advisor Derek Tiedke.. Many were done via text, even though I did provide a home phone number to reach me on instead. Also, I forgot to let him know about a coupon when I dropped it off, but I did text it to him to apply it when he provided an update. The coupon did not get applied and he got very cross with me when I asked it be applied at checkout, which took another 15 minutes to re-write up the ticket. I was also not impressed with the people working at the check out desk. They were helpful, but I had to ask them for my key, which was still hanging up. They didn't give it to me after I signed the paperwork. More

Disappointed I had spent the day yesterday’s raving about the service at Westside, I’m on my 3rd vehicle from Westside and always have my service done there. Check-in was great and the guys were awesome. I needed a tire replaced due to a sidewall issue and it had to be replaced regardless however no one called with a price or to confirm. I get there to find out it was over $300 for a single tire. Ok I get that no big deal. The woman who checked me out when I commented on it just laughed me off and said she’s seen worse...not the point. They bring my car around and it isn’t washed. For an annual service on a 1 year old car to cost $180 (along with a tire replacement $500 total) and had always previously come back to a clean car nope not this time. Again comment on it and get oh someone made a mistake. It’s the small things and yesterday Westside failed. More

I am livid. Collision never showed up. I had an appointment today for a recall on my VW Passat... I arranged for childcare with someone with a carseat and this person gave up their whole afternoon. When I got the text that the car was ready, I was livid to find out that the collision people never showed up. Now I have to do it all over again, and it will take even longer to get my car fixed. This is no way to operate a business. Totally unprofessional! More
