Michele was helpful and when she didn't know the answer she found out! The reason I checked poor for delivery is that it took over a year eventually. It was promised in June, July or August at different she found out! The reason I checked poor for delivery is that it took over a year eventually. I thought the fact that the cost went up from $48,000 to $51,000 was uncalled for and if I wasn't so committed to the environment I would have considered backing out! More

It takes way too long to complete a transaction. I was paying cash and I was still at dealership for 90 + minutes.
