Frustrating Getting assigned to a Service Tech was confusing. Service was an oil change and a new battery. Completion was close to quoted time however vehicle had Getting assigned to a Service Tech was confusing. Service was an oil change and a new battery. Completion was close to quoted time however vehicle had greasy finger prints at the hood latch and the dirty paper floor ma still in the vehicle. After picking up the vehicle I had to return due to an oil leak 3 days later. When returning service was speedy and professional In addition the car was not washed on the first visit substantially in was washed when requested on the second visit More

Felt dismissed and issue persisted I felt like the in-take guy didn't have time for me. When I brought up some additional concerns about my newly bought used VW Jetta, I felt like he wa I felt like the in-take guy didn't have time for me. When I brought up some additional concerns about my newly bought used VW Jetta, I felt like he was belittling me and dismissing my concerns. My horn muffled everytime we had heavy rain and it happened again after they "Fixed it." . I don't plan on returning to this VW dealership for servicing my vehicle. More
